Damaged or Defective Prints
If your print arrives damaged, please follow these steps:-
Report the Issue: Contact us within 7 days of delivery contact us here with:
- A photo of the damaged print
- A photo of the packaging

Return the Print: The damaged print must be returned before a replacement is issued. A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided to make the process seamless.

Replacement: Once the damaged print is received and inspected, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not offered, as a free replacement is provided for damaged or defective prints.- Custom or personalized prints are final sale and cannot be returned.
